Does anyone Have A Pink Lips Guide? '

Im tired of having these smoker lips and i really want to fix this shit
As of the time being I just scrub my lips with an exfoliant and apply Aquaphor.

I want to know if theres any like creams or specific techniques i could do to pinken my lips , so please guide me in the way of some HIGH EFFORT guides
