Yes accutane does do those things but its overall clearly inferior to tazarotene for anti ageing,tazarotene is more selective and more potent which as a resutl has shown in studies to be able to treat deeper wrinkles better and faster accutane is only better for acne since it treats and also dries the skin at those deeper layers which you need if youre sebum production is too high but this also becomes a bit of a disadvantage if you have a good sebum production since hydrates skin is essential for anti ageing
