Yeah I have to constantly push myself way further than others to pay attention. It’s not easy but it’s worth it. Not on any meds tho

my adhd is crazy tho, or lets say having bpd and adhd is legit sui
you can "push" yourself to learn? like thats impossible to me
i failed school brutal,cuz i couldnt pay attention and didnt give a shit

dude its so fucking hard, like lets say i get a trigger to get very happy (exmaple: and iois at work) and i get like realy euphoric, realy energetic, and am bluepilled as fuck basicly and feel like im the best
and then when i get a "bad" trigger, such as a foid showing no interest, then i get the complete opposite, depressed as shit, no energy
i also have this crazy black and white thinking
its such a pain, adhd and bpd

Yeah mines probably a lot more mild than yours. I basically used the fear of falling behind my peers (which I was very afraid of) so I had to work very hard to just listen to a 10 minute lecture and take notes. As time went on it got easier and easier, but still not easy for me today. Anyways, good luck and I hope you find a good medication or solution

Been playing sports since a youngin, have quite a few family members in the military, yet I still ended up Incel cause orthodontics and mouthbreathing lol. But I think part of my super strong mindset is genetic and being in poverty
