Everyone does. Anyone who says they dont are attention seeking retards. Humans did not evolve entirely different forms of consciousness between individuals thats not how animals or genetic mutations work. Theres a reason the types of people who say they "dont have an inner monologue" are always the same types of people who say they have anxiety and depression and larp all these weird mental conditions. They want so badly to be different
