i don’t have time to trek 30 minutes to the gym to complete an hour workout in 2 hours because the gym is always packed and also balance this with the most important exams of my life in a month, fucking faggot

don't get upset buddy boyo, squats, bench presses, OHP, dead lifts, shoulder lateral raises, you grab them mix and match throw some shitty variations here and there and that's it, it's been the same since forever

the most important exams of my life in a month,
But are you going to join gym, AFTER the most important month of your life is over??
if you really can't go to gym now. Calisthenics workouts at home mogg. Check out what Chris Heria offers, youtube videos.

ive built my entire physique from home using only dbs (no barbell) because i definitely prefer having my own space

essentials:
- adjustable bench
- weighted vest/backpack
- "dip" station
- adjustable dumbbells that go to 100lbs+
- pull up bar

heavy dumbbells are more than enough to progress for your compounds, 100lb db bench with slow eccentric will murder your chest
anyone that can do that is incredibly strong

but if you want direct "strength" related / powerlifting work then you have no choice but to go to a gym or get a power rack + barbell setup

yes i ran PPL (push-pull-legs) 6x a week, but im about to bulk again and might change it up this time, split doesn't matter all too much, pick a split you enjoy and can progress on (as long as it hits each muscle group 2x a week)

also highly recommend a good preworkout if you dont have one, i'd hate to lift without it lol

Nearly every good routine is just BB and DB.

somewhat true but you could literally go to planet fitness and progress a ton using mostly machines
Yeah, the point is just that only DB and BB is hardly any sort of limitation.

5000 pushups

how do you hit abs ?

how do you hit abs ?
abs are used in a lot of movements already but for direct ab work i do L-Sits from a pull up bar or dip bar and leg raises
I can hold an L sit and do pull ups so leg & knee raises are good to work up to an L sit

advice on bulking up?

What is your training experience?

advice on bulking up?
focus on increasing carbs (rice, pasta, breads) as they are dense in calories and will fuel your workouts

for easy liquid calories you can make a shake with
whey/peanut butter/greek yogurt/oats/bananas

track weekly weight gain trends and keep monthly gain at +2lbs to +4lbs is a good range (0.5lbs weekly / 1lb weekly)

pushing- bench press anf db flys

pulling- pull ups and reverse flys

legs- cossack squats and reverse hyperextensions

extras- lateral raises and some forearm exercise for abs leg raises and russian twists

What is your training experience?
i trained a lot on and off the past 2 years, switched from weights to cali a couple time but my diet has never been optimal ever

gotta eat to get big - if every fat guy lifted weightsas they gained weight they'd be strong as a bear

Light weight high rep lateral raises. I suggest 20-25 reps and make sure form is good, should take about 2 minutes and then rest for a min before going again

spamming lateral raises isn’t gonna grow my arms is it lad

They are good to get nice rounded shoulders. But I wouldnt suggest as many reps though, that would make the weight lifted way too light. Maybe 10-15 reps per set would be best.

I do them w 8 lbs for 20+, I problem is the next higher dumbbells I have are 15lbs and I can’t do those w good form. Need to buy some 10s maybe
