i don’t have time to trek 30 minutes to the gym to complete an hour workout in 2 hours because the gym is always packed and also balance this with the most important exams of my life in a month, fucking faggotno time, no gains buddy
don't get upset buddy boyo, squats, bench presses, OHP, dead lifts, shoulder lateral raises, you grab them mix and match throw some shitty variations here and there and that's it, it's been the same since foreveri don’t have time to trek 30 minutes to the gym to complete an hour workout in 2 hours because the gym is always packed and also balance this with the most important exams of my life in a month, fucking faggot

But are you going to join gym, AFTER the most important month of your life is over??the most important exams of my life in a month,
do you have a workout plan made or do you just hit whatever you feel like, mirin your pfp you look like you know what you’re doingive built my entire physique from home using only dbs (no barbell) because i definitely prefer having my own space
essentials:
- adjustable bench
- weighted vest/backpack
- "dip" station
- adjustable dumbbells that go to 100lbs+
- pull up bar
heavy dumbbells are more than enough to progress for your compounds, 100lb db bench with slow eccentric will murder your chest
anyone that can do that is incredibly strong
but if you want direct "strength" related / powerlifting work then you have no choice but to go to a gym or get a power rack + barbell setup
yes i ran PPL (push-pull-legs) 6x a week, but im about to bulk again and might change it up this time, split doesn't matter all too much, pick a split you enjoy and can progress on (as long as it hits each muscle group 2x a week)do you have a workout plan made or do you just hit whatever you feel like, mirin your pfp you look like you know what you’re doing
somewhat true but you could literally go to planet fitness and progress a ton using mostly machinesNearly every good routine is just BB and DB.
Yeah, the point is just that only DB and BB is hardly any sort of limitation.somewhat true but you could literally go to planet fitness and progress a ton using mostly machines

abs are used in a lot of movements already but for direct ab work i do L-Sits from a pull up bar or dip bar and leg raiseshow do you hit abs ?
advice on bulking up?abs are used in a lot of movements already but for direct ab work i do L-Sits from a pull up bar or dip bar and leg raises
I can hold an L sit and do pull ups so leg & knee raises are good to work up to an L sit
What is your training experience?i need some workout samples only using dumbbells and barbells bc i don’t have time to go to gym
focus on increasing carbs (rice, pasta, breads) as they are dense in calories and will fuel your workoutsadvice on bulking up?
i trained a lot on and off the past 2 years, switched from weights to cali a couple time but my diet has never been optimal everWhat is your training experience?

Light weight high rep lateral raises. I suggest 20-25 reps and make sure form is good, should take about 2 minutes and then rest for a min before going againi need some workout samples only using dumbbells and barbells bc i don’t have time to go to gym
spamming lateral raises isn’t gonna grow my arms is it ladLight weight high rep lateral raises. I suggest 20-25 reps and make sure form is good, should take about 2 minutes and then rest for a min before going again
They are good to get nice rounded shoulders. But I wouldnt suggest as many reps though, that would make the weight lifted way too light. Maybe 10-15 reps per set would be best.spamming lateral raises isn’t gonna grow my arms is it lad
I do them w 8 lbs for 20+, I problem is the next higher dumbbells I have are 15lbs and I can’t do those w good form. Need to buy some 10s maybeThey are good to get nice rounded shoulders.
