don't you lose most of your gains if you stop training
you don't need any, minimal weight, work really frequently (as much as 6 times a week) in high reps (think at least 15 20 for 3 to 4 sets) gradually increase reps until desired target, add a little bit of weight and start over.

neck grows very fast provided you work it in high reps frequently since blood supply therefore nutrient supply is really high so growing it is a lot easier compared to other muscles
