Does anyone have any theories on why haircuts look good or bad for evolutionary reasons?

Like why does this haircut look bad to us.. ? Like for example we find recessed jaws unattractive because it affects breathing.

jfc thats a really funny haircut but I cant tell you, maybe because men didnt cut their hair for the longest time we deem long hair as attractive and bald hair as unattractive? I think long hair has esoteric powers but that would take another thread
