Does anyone have examples of attractive people dying young from rare genetic mutations (cancer)?

On Youtube there are examples of young people talking about their cancer diagnoses or rare health conditions. None of the ones I've seen are of notably attractive individuals though. I suspect that inbreeding correlates with higher rates of lethal genetic mutations and lower attractiveness.
