it wont do anything. hgh only works if you deficient which you may be but idk. you also need a phosphate binder most likely so you dont mess your stuff up.

yea and no because its different for everyone. just watch the raw meat mainly but either way i would highly suggest after 21 days to go get your levels checked but if not just take 800mg daily during the meal with your highest phosphorous content.

you dont even need it. would be a waste of money tbf. and no even if you did get a actual source. indiamart only has good topical creams and sometimes decent orals.
