Red light therapy can help with hair growth and thickness.

Red light at roughly 630-670nm may stimulate follicle cells, improve blood flow around said folicles, and reduce inflammation. (https://med.stanford.edu/news/insights/2025/02/red-light-therapy-skin-hair-medical-clinics.html)

Visible changes may take anywhere from 3-6 months assuming your using red light therapy 3-5 times per week. Red light therapy isn't as powerful as minoxidil or finasteride but if your looking for something thats safe and not invasive red light therapy is the way to go.
