Im 14 and my maxilla is relatively flat.I had braces from age 8-12 with and expander and no bite modifications.Im looking at basic softmaxx options and the best option seems to be the reverse pull face mask or mouth taping at night because im pretty sure i open my mouth while i sleep sometimes and i want to prevent that.If anyone has experience with maxilla projection and can give me some advice im down for it

mouth tape or chin strap will help with mouth opening during sleep.

if your nose is blocked your body will automatically mouth breathe to not suffocate during night. fix nasal blockage if you have it.

if you don't mouth breathe when you're awake then other than this nothing for you to do.
