If yes, did it improve your skin-tone, or is it a waste of money?

yeah i actually got tan from 6 weeks or 5x daily from that exact brand
not a mt1 or mt2 tan just a slight orange graze
you could also pair with tomato paste for lycopene
its in ascend labs uglow or some shit but it works for like a 10-20% orange-ish tan

I've used it with their lycopene for around 10 days and I've noticed some very small changes, you definitely need to stick with it to see significant results.

i think you should spend ur money on a tinted spf or a few sunbed sessions lol, beta carotene gives some people this weird orange shade opposed to a natural sort of tan

It’s good, I use that brand of beta at 15mg, lycopene at 50, and asxanthin at 12. Not anything crazy but a good undertone always compliments a nice tan.

If i were to go for a natural tan i would by tanning drops, which im probably also gonna do. But i am not gonna be cancermaxxing or makeupmaxxing.

How many days did it take you to notice the first changes? I've been taking it for 19 days now and haven't noticed anything yet

It's actually synthetic beta carotene, which is why it's cheap. NOW has natural beta carotene

hey, can i use it while taking 10mg of accutane
wouldn't recommend as theyre both forms of vitamin a and can cause hypervitamous vitamin a depending on the amount you take.
