Half it to 12.5mg daily
A high dosage of zinc can lead to deficiencies in copper Chrom Mangan and iron

i use saw palmetto supplement. for health reasons. Adn with looks they said it's good for hair "health".

I never had acne, so i dunno if it helps for that.

I bought some zinc in a supplement store, i take it everyday, i noticed nothing but wasn't really monitoring it. I still have a few back acne, so it didn't help with it.
