Dont you feel like you need to do at least one excercise per muscle tho? Otherwise it feels like you’re losing

How is it cope then

How is it cope then
because it should just be genetics there should be no reason to train it if you had good leg genetics

Yeah squats and deadlifts are full body so it helps

Training legs is important if you're starting out really unathletic. Imagine doing a 70kg overheadpress while standing, but you never even squatted that weight. Your legs could probably snap if you're getting off balance. Or you're trying to do 100kg bent over rows while having non existent hamstrings. Having a really weak lower body would just limit how strong your upper body can get.

All the strongest men train their legs and almost all athletes incorporate some kind of squat to their training.

It’s important if you want to be strong person, I never understood why gymcels neglect their legs + think they look scary, especially considering they re the best workouts for improving core strength.

Its a full body workout, you wont get huge legs with just kicks, but you will gain some muscle and add some definition, become more athletic for sure, you can really feel the quads contracting when you hit the bag

Most leg workouts are brutal on the body + high risk of injury. I do leg press and extensions for my leg day tbh

always strength trains the legs and esp glutes. women love glutes, thus funbuns.

Jfl at making your hips look wider. Just train them running/sprinting/swimming playing a sport

I only do upper body and focus mostly on arms, forearms and chest. I started doing squats but gave up after 2 weeks, they require too much work for barely any aesthetic benefit. Also legs require much more work to grow because you are using them to walk/run all the time which means every leg training is going to be suffering

No it just means you have shitty genetics. I just do 10 minutes on the stairclimber and have chiseled muscular legs.
