1. Ok chadYh, most I deadlifted was 200kg + I got to 140 squat all from natty gains
What if you don’t want strength, just aesthetics?Imo Olympic lifts mog for core + leg strength though, deadlift is good for overall strength but it was more of an ego thing for me ngl
Lol nah it’s a meme 4 aestheticsWhat if you don’t want strength, just aesthetics?
I only do compounds cos I cba to spend ages in the gym, I just squat do one or two other compounds + go home1. Ok chad
2. I do all the compound lifts cause i can’t go that often cause of work and other shit. Too scared to roid tho
Dont you feel like you need to do at least one excercise per muscle tho? Otherwise it feels like you’re losingI only do compounds cos I cba to spend ages in the gym, I just squat do one or two other compounds + go home
Yh probably but I’m lazy + hate gymcelling lolDont you feel like you need to do at least one excercise per muscle tho? Otherwise it feels like you’re losing
Yeah muay thai is the best, unfortunately I can’t go anymore but I can still spend 2 hours a week getting gainsBulgarian split squats and reverse hyperextensions, I also do muay thai 2x per week kicking the heavy bag also train legs
training legs is cope my lower body is naturally oversized compared to upper even without training itI’m almost done with a full body workout except I have some squats in the end and I really can’t be arsed, no pun intended
How is it cope thentraining legs is cope my lower body is naturally oversized compared to upper even without training it
because it should just be genetics there should be no reason to train it if you had good leg geneticsHow is it cope then
Training legs is important if you're starting out really unathletic. Imagine doing a 70kg overheadpress while standing, but you never even squatted that weight. Your legs could probably snap if you're getting off balance. Or you're trying to do 100kg bent over rows while having non existent hamstrings. Having a really weak lower body would just limit how strong your upper body can get.
All the strongest men train their legs and almost all athletes incorporate some kind of squat to their training.
It’s important if you want to be strong person, I never understood why gymcels neglect their legs + think they look scary, especially considering they re the best workouts for improving core strength.
I don’t wanna be a powerlifter tho. Something like zyzz is the max i would go forTraining legs is important if you're starting out really unathletic. If you want aesthetics then yeah legs are a waste of timeI don’t wanna be a powerlifter tho. Something like zyzz is the max i would go for
Its a full body workout, you wont get huge legs with just kicks, but you will gain some muscle and add some definition, become more athletic for sure, you can really feel the quads contracting when you hit the bagYeah muay thai is the best, unfortunately I can’t go anymore but I can still spend 2 hours a week getting gains
Most leg workouts are brutal on the body + high risk of injury. I do leg press and extensions for my leg day tbhI’m almost done with a full body workout except I have some squats in the end and I really can’t be arsed, no pun intended
I only do upper body and focus mostly on arms, forearms and chest. I started doing squats but gave up after 2 weeks, they require too much work for barely any aesthetic benefit. Also legs require much more work to grow because you are using them to walk/run all the time which means every leg training is going to be suffering
