Does anyone here binge regularly

I've been struggling with binge eating for a while now and want to know if there are any other users out there with similar issues.

I'd say that I understand the importance of looks and genuinely do want to ascend but at the same time, kicking this habit has been extremely hard.

Tbh, I think that my life is just boring and I don't really have much going on. I remember back when I used to go out to bars on the weekends and binging had little importance for me.

Anyone else with a similar experience? (I'm not overweight btw)

After starving for like a week i didn't really want to anymore

I used to struggle with it really really badly, I have a HUGE appetite and can eat 5k+ calories in one sitting.

The only two ways its improved is reta and not eating ANY junk.

I've learned that I can't control myself once I get the taste for shit food, its like my brain turns into a rabbid dog and I just stop caring and eat everything in site.

Binge eating is fucked in general though, makes you feel so shit, hope you can overcome it

brother, I'm genuinely sorry that you're still going through this. If you're not overweight, I don't see an issue with binge eating. If you just like snacking, I don't see how that is an issue.

not the healthiest way, but I would just water fast the next day after a binge. maybe its just cope but it for sure makes up for all the food/calories. the habit never really stops, it kind of comes back every one in awhile but idk this is what I do.

On God every single day since of got an account I've been on here at least 4 hours a day when I went camping I was watching anime on scrolling org for over 8 hours a day
