No only celiac and dairy allergy

Yes

I dont have any symptoms which really hurt me like stomach pain

But other signs like malabsorption

It can be asymptomatic (rare but is in my case)

Yeah but the issue is I get reactions even from cross contamination

What does cause you cross contamination? I thought you avoided it completely. What did you eat which caused reactions?

Either highly sensitive gluten intolerance or celiac

You can do eithrr a biopsy or a blood test for celiac. If you do a blood test you need to eat at least few weeks gluten so the antibodies can go up in your blood
