Does anyone here have extensive knowledge in regards to jaw surgery?

Been thinking of doing bimax for the cosmetic benefits not sure. Haven’t had any consults with doctors but would like to know what some of you think before I spend like $500 on a jaw surgeon to speak with. Just some general advice would be fine and prefer to speak over dm. Thanks
