Does anyone here read the newspaper everyday?

I read the newspaper every day it’s a routine and a habit I’ve kept for years. My hostel has a free newspaper stand and it’s far more convenient to grab a paper from the lobby and browse through interesting stories over breakfast than watching a news channel and start my day with someone yelling at me at 6 AM in the morning. I didn’t realize people don’t read newspapers anymore Apparently people don’t watch news channels either, most of their news comes from random articles on Instagram, YouTube, or Reddit. One of my friends even found out about Liam Payne’s death through a meme jfl. Someone told me that only old people or government exam aspirants still read newspapers or news channels.
