I’ve actually considered taking it. I bought the normal one because the other one has niacin which makes me flush but haven’t taken it yet. I hate applying sunscreen because it makes me look greasy. I might take it if it can prevent sun damage and mitigate use of sunscreen.

i wouldnt take oral sunscreen bro sounds just like oral minoxidil, that causes heart attacks as opposed to liquid/foam version

Absolutely, oral sunscreen is absolute trash. A nice mineral sunscreen and astaxanthin/beta carotene provides good protection.

I use heliocare but not the brand version just bought the active ingredient off of Amazon for cheaper, use it because I don’t feel the need to wear sunscreen because I’m only in the sun when goin into my car or in the car kinda so use the oral as a replacement kinda
