Yeah frauding is pretty much one of the few ways which is guaranteed to help you out softmaxxing wise. There's always a risk with it though, since being caught frauding anywhere is social death. But there are risks in pretty much everything looksmaxxing which isn't basic grooming.
wearing an t shirt taht creates colume on your shoulders or just jackets that frame your shoulders well or even have pads in them is the furthest I'd go

I mean if you don't overdo it probably not for the most part but wearing them is going to create a disparity between how muscular those areas and the rest of you body thats visible looks so there might be some who catch on. And if you are around homies and people you are close with who just mess around it would be soo easy to get found out. So I guess only wear to events where you are 1000% certain there cannot be a way of anyone catching on because if someone does you are absolutely fucked, much worse then with lifts of concealer where you could make up something like its orthopedic or its just moisturizer.
I think the more layers you are wearing and the more distant you are to people around you the easier it gets. I can honestly imagine it working pretty well to a formal event where you wear it under a dress shirt
ngl if ur going as far as getting a muscle suit i would say to hop on test u could achieve the muscle suit look in a few months (if ur not fat)
But then look at the risk. for example there could be some wine spilled on it and to not get a permanent stain you are forced (since you are around other people and its the most logical decision) to quickly take the shirt off and rinse it out. I can imagine so many scenarios that leak to you getting fucked. i think its not worth the risk for the most part

Here is a thought the sensation of touching a muscle suit is different then just a normal human body. Only worth using it if you wanna mog randoms at your local stores and not a club where multiple people are in your personal space. To add to this thought sitting may mess up with the suit. From my low effort conclusion I would say the reward to risk ratio is not worth it especially the price you'll be paying for the suit. But I'm open to thought!
