Yes very reasonable. 0.75 is a substantial girth increase and would add a lot of mass to your dick. 8 inches is ideal tbh especially if you are non-black. one of my fellow brethrens sent a pm asking what I do for PE maxxing.
Here's what I do.
Firstly, learn about how PE works and shit. Don't follow my advice blindly because it isn't my fault if your dick goes black and falls off.
besides, I think everyone has a different dick and it works differently. So you'll gain at a different rate with different stuff.
with that said, here's what I do.
Firstly, I was going for length mostly because 4.8 girth is just below average whereas 4.8 length (what I started at) is way below average.
So I went for length first. Did a beginner PE routine. Fuck that.
I'm not spending twenty minutes a day holding my dick and stretching it.
So, generally the PE advice is that you should stretch your dick in all directions. I didn't do that. I find that I get a MASSIVE stretch when I go straight down or better yet, BTC (between the cheeks.) Massive stretch. Whereas I pull straight up and I get a slight tug and that's it.
So I know I want to pull in that direction. But I don't want to manually do that because it takes forever.
So I look at hanging, and people have hanging devices. BUT most of them put like 20lb dumbbells on the end and their dicks go blue and shit.
Again, fuck that.
Here's the thing with PE - I want a big dick but it's no good to me if it falls off.
So I get these little golf weights and a pump sleeve (more on that in a bit) and I go commando for several hours a day with a 1lb weight hanging from my dick.
this keeps a constant pull downwards and I can wear it under my work clothes.
this is how I've gained length.
now girth,

get a bathmate.
