Does anyone in here have custom MIDFACE implant, Eppley style

Those midface mask implants look dope esp for Asians. Never seen a before and after though. I’m going to get them next year. Along with genioplasty and buccal fat removal. Eppley.
Unless I get insurance to cover jaw surgery.

If you have an underbite get an aggressive lefort 1 not an implant. I have a perfect bite so old if I can justify jaw surgery. But you definitely can looks like underbite
