they fade with time, mine took about 4 years (?) to clear for the most part, however, they became mostly unnoticeable well before then.

You can go to a dermatologist as well. There they will have multiple treatments that are suitable for your type of scarring.

I warn you now, they are fucking expensive, even the consultation alone will be pricey.

i've looked into a lot of things with my dermatologist and all she tells me every time is "you'll have to wait 6 months after your off accutane"

lmao then you will have to wait. No point asking here for any magical fix when realistically there is none.

I had scarring like yours but worst and it didn't take long for them to heal. I would recommend staying out the sun if possible and use sunscreen.

Some people recommend using a exfoliator but there is a good chance that shit is just cope tbh.

Right now you have to wait if that's what the dermatologist is saying, no other option. sorry blud.

Using a chemical exfoliant is a decent idea just for the overall look and health of the skin. A retinoid would help much more with scarring, however.

Accutane also doesn't do jack shit for old scars. Especially atrophic ones.

Complete accutane, wait 6-12 months then you can consider laser or microneedling with your derm which are really going to help with that scarring. Also start a retinoid around then too.
