Why would you want to do that? Even if one part of your jaw was overprotected in comparison to the other, wouldn’t be aesthetically advantageous to move the other part forward? Or maybe I misunderstood

very rare cuz most people who qualify for jaw surgery go full Lefort/BSSO, often combined with other procedures (so you never see ASO alone). Also not “marketable”

Because it looks slightly prognathic (convex), that's why I thought about getting a slight ASO with BSSO + genio
