Does anyone know any actually good sustainable solutions for ADHD?

My fuckass parents keep going to get my daignosed for my ADHD because I'm forcing them to, and whenever the results come in, they say oh I guess they forgot to tell us. I'm pretty sure they don't want me finding out I have ADHD cause there always tryna convince me I don't, even though everyone in my life knows I do. Plus I did extensive research, and I had all the niche and common side effects. If someone could give me a non-cope medication that'd be dope.

I've heard semax makes a big difference for some people with ADHD but it might be hit or miss
