Does anyone know hair transplant surgeons that do 60 cm/square + density

non AGA type of alopecia now stabilized for 2+ years. I wanna get hairline density back and maybe lower hairline 0.2-0.3mm (already 3 fingers frkm glabella).

I want the highest possible density but less than 80 to not waste grafts. I’ll hope on fin preventive later since my fam doesn’t lose hair before 40.

I have vellous hair that turned terminal from topical minox but that amount of hair wont do shut to give me the results I want. And I have intact temples within a thumb width distance of my eyebrow. My loss is concentrated in central hairline since it’s not MPB pattern loss

What docs are u going to? For super high density, turkey is not the way to go. They over harvest. Us docs are way better when it comes to hairline design/density

I won’t go to turkey for sure. (Maybe Pekiner?) I’m thinking of motion clinic in S. Korea since dr Baht does high density transplants and I’ve seen 100% natural looking results. I hate the Johnny bravo hairline where the hair direction is all’s died with see through hairline. My hair is very very thick behind the 1cm of damaged hairline so I wanna match the density 60-80% inseatd of 35-50% in traditional transplants

In the US it will probably cost as much as S Kore. I will see if I can save enough to go to Koinor within the next 2-3 years. What docs do you know of with high density transplant results

I know of a few docs in usa, koinor, diep and shapiro. U are in Good hands with those 3. not familiar with korean surgeons, But i know for a fact turkey is overrated when it comes to hair transplants for hairline design.

Your problem is going to be that none of the top doctors are going to want to deal with you because they have unlimited NW2+ guys to do 2000+ graft transplants on, so why even take your business? You’re risky and not particularly profitable.

You’re going to find doctors that will take anyone that will pay because they need all the business they can get and that’s usually going to result in low quality results.

So idk how you’re going to find a doctor that can produce super high density results but also wants to take your case. If you really want to do this I bet you’ll have to go to a hair mill and get 2 surgeries, the second being to add in more density.
