Eli Lily the pharmaceutical brand selling the official Tirzepatide just likes to get all the money it put in R&D back (plus some profits) so it hikes up its sale price immensely versus what it costs to produce. Other Chinese manufacturers sell it for even cheaper, but not quite as reputable.

The what’s app number is the same as in the screen above.
I was sceptical all along, as they also ensured they were able to process my order correctly even without any identity information in references.
Ultimately I decided to just take the risk once.
Unfortunately they never shipped the items nor did they respond when I questioned them 2 weeks later.
Total scam.
