I'm happy so far. I'm still pretty swollen all around my nose and above my upper lip, so I can't really get an idea of the final result. All the individual features look better (except my nose), but I can't see what I look like as a whole. Plus my nose is severely deformed. But my jawline is obviously way better than it was. He described my chin implant as huge, so the results are not quite as pronounced as if I had gone from my original birdcel jaw to this. If that had happened, I would already consider it a huge success. I think it improved my mouth. I think it's a bit wider, more of my upper lip shows, my smile is more natural looking, and it's easier for me to smile. And it looks like it's going to have fixed my paranasal deficiency.

Yeah, I don't think I would have gotten significantly better results with either of them, and possibly not as much advancement with Ramieri. I think I got pretty close to the maximum amount of mandible without risking uncanniness. I mean Ramieri thought premolar extractions were necessary in my case, meanwhile my surgeon got 12mm mandible advancement, not counting genio.

I'm happy for you men, what's the next step.. rhino ? Why the hell would he want to extract premolars ? Sounds like what an average bluepilled orthodontist butcher would say tbh ? Only nigg type of protrusion need extractions in my opinion
