Does anyone know how much tela i need to run?

Been running this stack for about 2
months now but i haven't ordered the telamastarin yet due to not knowing how much mg to run

can anyone tell me if so i appreciate the help niggas

if its over 130/80 at least 3 days in a row then start telmisartan 40mg ED
all u need, just check ur bp every once in a while
rep and mark as soloution

i have one already and been measuring, its at 141/80
