Does anyone know How to avoid goyslop in grocery stores

I’m trying to find good options of meat and
Milk most especially over any foods in the grocery store. If ground beef is grass fed and finished, is it any better? Is pasteurized milk actually worse than grass fed raw milk?
Also what is some meat to avoid when looking for ground beef and steak

Don’t overthink it.
You should be eating 6-10 eggs everyday minimum and 1LB of ground beef, I just had low temp pasteurized milk.

Keep in mind it is pointless if the growth plates are closed, I only focus on macro nutrients now it’s cope after puberty.

I followed a strict diet and grew 2.5 inches in a year (HDL was giga high) but I should have just used HGH.

You should have a high HDL and total cholesterol.

This was my HDL when I was eating 12 eggs a day and a pound of ground beef.

It’s stupid I should have just blasted HGH but I’m the tallest person in my bloodline now at 6’3.

I have my own chickens and eat like 5 eggs a day is that good
