There isn’t really a good method. But stop raising your eyebrows, it’s the only thing that will help you.I need some methods
Frequently scowling or frowning, particularly due to the contraction of the corrugator supercilii muscle (which pulls the eyebrows down and together) can contribute to the appearance of eyebrows being closer to the eyes.
Here's why:
While the primary factors influencing eyebrow position are genetics and natural aging, repetitive facial expressions like scowling can exacerbate the effects of these factors.
- Muscle contraction: When you scowl, you contract the muscles responsible for pulling your eyebrows down and inwards, according to a Nature article. Repeatedly contracting these muscles can, over time, lead to them becoming more pronounced and affecting the resting position of your eyebrows.
- Wrinkle formation: Frequent scowling can also contribute to the formation of frown lines (also called glabellar lines), which are wrinkles between the eyebrows. These lines can create the visual effect of the eyebrows appearing closer together and lower on the face.
