Best place? The Mall, just walk around and make eye contact with every hot chick. Also restaurants, the waitress or cashier often flirt, it has happened to me several times. Small local rock concerts is also a good place if you’re into that. Basically if you’re good looking you will get approached, or women will make it so obvious that they want you, all you have to do is ask them to go out and they will say yes 100% of the time.

You need to be at least a 6, not really Chad but you will be amazed how rare a good looking guy is
