Does anyone know how to make Italian cheesecake?

I ate some the last time I went to an Italian restaurant and it was legit the best cheesecake I have ever eaten. I'm not sure if the cheesecake was good due to how the resturant made it or if all italian cheesecake was like that. The cheesecake very thicker and denser than the cheesecake I am normally used to eating. Can any Italiancels post a recipie for a cheesecake like this?

I don't know the difference between different cheesecake recipes online unfortunately but I will research further with google.
