This is like my fourth time doing it but I need to know if I’m doing it correctly

So can someone give me videos thanks

It's incredibly powerful if you put your mind to it. I've done 20 minutes a day periodically, sometimes more. It helped tremendously. I actually feel kinda lazy for not doing it.

There's different techniques. The most common one is follow your breath. You use it as an anchor and when a thought pops up you just return to the sensation of your belly expanding, air flowing in and out of your nose etc.

It works, its a strange feeling but nothing extremely life changing. you need a lot of willpower and patience, you'll find yourself in a room trying this for an hour bc constantly restarting

Lay down in dark eyes closed, dont move any muscles, stop any thoughts at all clear mind while breathing normaland focus on a single spot in your black closed-eye dark. Make sure eyes dont tense up squint/flex slightly without you realizing. You can also mess up by being so focused you forget to breathe :lul: :lul:

I get trippy vibes after 2 minutes of no thoughts which is the hardest part, stopping thoughts. Then stay in it focused as long as you can, ur mind will constantly wanna intrude to revert back to how its patterned to be during the day, stop it from that shi

This is also true if you pray too hard and too long for smth, spirits come in and you become a schizo

lay down and relax your body as if you are going to sleep. meditation is essentially going to sleep but keeping your mind alert and aware.

Your body will feel like it’s asleep and paralyzed if you breathe properly. ignore all physical sensations as best you can.

breathe in slowly for 6 seconds hold in for 8 seconds and then breathe out slowly for 9 seconds.

wear headphones and listen to 432 hz meditation music.



focus on your breathing. as you continue you’ll eventually get to a point where you don’t feel your body anymore. you’ll feel like you’re light and floating. you’ll feel tingling as well. this is your body’s life energy (chi) that you can move around and strengthen.

you might even have an out of body experience.

keep focusing on your breathing and relax for as long as you want.
