Does anyone know how to permanently remove or reduce acne as a teen?

i have struggled with acne for about 2 years now, it is located around my chin and around my mouth mostly, i also get it on my forehead too but not as bad as my lower facial area, it has been coming and going, not in the sense that it magically clears one day and is bad another day but it has its good and bad days. im wondering if anyone can give me real advice, i've tried the cleansers and the soaps and the creams for to long for them not to work and im quite frankly done wasting money, time and effort into products that don't give the results they advertise, im willing to try anything if you can truley say it WILL help me.

it dosent look that bad but trust me it can get alot worse

it has definetly gotten alot better but even so the ance is still having a toe on my confidence and overall social life and metal state,
i dont know what else to say but if anyone can give me a guide on how to completely clear up my skin im all ears.

also im pretty sure its inflamatory acne and ive been to the docters who prescribed me a Duac 10mg/g +50 mg/g Gel and Differn 0.1% gel
that im currently applying every morning and night Duac at night and Differn at morning and a 100 natural soap bar on my face for cleansing at least i was told thats what it is.
