I was in the middle of writing somthing then I pressed on my mouse buttons one goes back the other foward then I come back and 90 percent of my shit is lost

Ah well we learned an important lesson here about typing high-effort posts in a notepad and then copying it over didn't we

but all thread was gone expect images and couple lines

it can't be recovered
next time save as .txt
