If your cheeks are "too big" you're either too fat and need to cut down on some pounds or you're too boneless to properly support your own facial fat so it hangs creating a chubby look that won't go away even when leaned out. Rarely will your cheeks be too big unless you're botched.

I highly advise against considering things like buccal fat removal or cheek bone shaving as they probably won't address the root issue.

Es raro que tus mejillas sean demasiado grandes, a menos que seas un desastre.

Le recomiendo encarecidamente que no considere cosas como la eliminación de grasa bucal o el afeitado de los pómulos, ya que probablemente no abordarán el problema de raíz.
