does anyone know if PDO threads lifts can change eyebrows tilt?

I talked to plastic surgeons, they told me that normal browlift made you look bizarre, if youre a young person. The problem is how to change the negative hooding and eyebrows tilt without having to go to Eppley, which I still dont want because Im not rich and the implants are also risky in that area, plus my browridge projection is good so he would only have to adjust supraorbitals.
