there are some shoes where this part and the surrounding area is longer and u can wear lifts in them without your heel being exposed to vision

however, with shorts, I'd recommend wearing shoes that are basically built in height boosters just like the ones loox wears (conzuris and other brands), the shoes themselves add 3 inches and u dont need to add insoles or lifts and they're pretty much undetectable
