Previously had pretty good posture. My dental arrow got narrowed more on one side, and my body leans to the opposite side now
I've been trying posture shit for a while and nothing works, my bite is absolutely fucked and I think there's correlation. Without fixing the bite I'm just stuck
Noticed after some MARPE expansion I wasn't stuck in forward head posture tho
