Does anyone know the full effects of Retinol and what it can do for your face/skin?

I've been using it intermediately for a while now for eye bags. Wondering if it helps clear out skin as well or other things?

Tazarotene is just as strong as tretinoin and might work a bit faster, isotretinoin (accutane) works systematically, while the two previously mentioned ones work topically. Search boderm tazarene (it’s Tazarotene) sold as a cosmetic, rather than medication while still containing just as much of the active ingredient.
