I've noticed that some pretty boys have this striking eye area, and I'm not talking about the shape necessarily. More so the region around it where it looks "dead" or sleepy, with this shadow/line around the eyes. Anyone have an idea of what they're called? I've also noticed this usually seen a lot in manhwa characters.

unlike the other retards here, it isn't the fact that these eyes are necessarily bad at all. People need to get it into their numbskull brains in this forum that depending on your facial contrast, having minor "failos" can actually serve as a much stronger contrasting look then something like hunter eyes. Look at the people you showcased as well as guys like Lorenzo Zurzolo and prime Eric Roberts. They themselves may possess an average bone structure, but the fact that they have this minor imperfection gives character to how they look. It differentiates them out from people who otherwise will look facially alike them.

Of course, the premise is high facial harmony and very little failos in all aspects of your face. Don't expect a jawcel to get attractive from this.

darkish region around eyes are mostly done through makeup however it seems like you can emulate the effect very slightly with long eyelashes



Looking at the 1st pic, it doesn't seem like he's wearing too much mascara but as you can see, even with his chopped hair he does look quite good and it's not like mascara is saving his piss poor eye orbitals

As for the eye shapes, I honestly think in general a good dead eye area requires positive canthal tilt, minimal/moderate hooding, and as you can see in the eye scelara show, only slight/moderate amounts of it showing. Good eye color here imo is a plus but not necessary. Also, if you look at his eye area and the eye area of those who have this but are unattractive it usually comes down to a harmony issue. The people i see with this lack of eye structure typically don't possess average/above average features elsewhere, making them just look bad/lazy/otherwise aspie (not in the good way). I will say that typically, in the case of Lorenzo and Eric Roberts, they do have positively tilted eyebrows (from the images I see), which makes their eye area more feminine and thus add that contrast over the masculine lower third they have (yes the lower third they have is "average" in this forum but most people don't posses that level to begin with so there is that.
