Yeah i have a history with those but mine were diferent
They were like greenish and much smaller

It looks like bone. Also any kind of injuries from when youre younger can present like this and also the human body is bot symmetrical. Id knock on it with your knuckle and let us know what it feels like. If it sounds like bone its most likely your radius, and if it hurts when applying pressure or knocking it could be a cyst

I can move jt very very slightly
It hurts very little but only if i put a substancial ammount of preassure on it
Idk it feels like a slightly more soft bone idk
Thats kind of how hard it feels
But i do have a history with cysts and they didnt look like this

Tbh i can only think of 2 things without feeling it myself in person its either a pseudotumor, which is just a rare hard cyst variant or simply boneswelling
