Does anyone know what is that thing under his jaw? and how to fix it.
Found this photo on Pintrest but I have a similar problem under my jaw on both sides also symmetrical when I mew.
Would really appreciate some answers.

When I first looked at the picture I thought it was just a very long ramus which creates antegonial notch but it actually looks like soft tissue, not like the bone, so yeah go check it out
