Does anyone know what would help an asymmetrical maxilla

One side of my face has less projection, and my eye area is also affected. by this. I have worse eyebags + scleral show on one side because my infraorbitals do not support my undereye.

Is there any fix?

I do have scoliosis + anterior pelvic tilt if that matters..

I think that sphenoid tilt and facial assymetry is caused by the spine and hip position since those are the "foundations" of our body. There isn't really a way to fix assymetry except surgery to either fix the facial symmetry or the scoliosis which unfortunately isn't fixable without it (I think)
