Use injectable if your going to use GHK-cu at all. Systemic is always better than topical. Most of the products marketed as topical GHK-cu bare little to no resemblance to actual GHK-cu in terms of their contents and by proxy their results. pm or reply for more information.

The one I see a lot of people use is the ordinary copper peptide product. Even that one is not even GHK-cu but a lot of people seem to think it is. Almost every "topical" GHK-cu product is either white labeled or has a different and less optimal moa.
