Does anyone massage their Lymph nodes, and has it improved your skin?

greycel moment ngl

I massage my face sometimes when I have a headache or a stuffy nose.

whats the correlation between those two?

you're a greycel too
“The stimulation of lymph node drainage is highly recommended for acne. With regular treatment, the symptoms of a congested lymphatic system can be dramatically reduced, improving the skin's appearance.”

only if you have swollen lymph nodes

I do it once a week with a full face of oil (jojoba, olive, castor) and a few other massages, thyroid, nasiolabial, etc

then I do an oil cleanse with hot water = poor water into a bowl in my sink and let the steam cleanse my face. I drape a towel over my head so the steam hits me 100%. Burns tbh.

Feels like a sauna.

Might do it today.
