i think both but i mean jaw bone, in my case the uper teeth dont align perfectly with the bottom ones

You have a crossbite. Braces can help with that. And yes braces can fix asymmetry

No, only with elastic traction which will always descend u since most orthocucks will retract instead of going forward.
The best way is jaw surgery
